“Use this company with absolute confidence that you are going to get service that far exceeds what you would normally expect. Peter and his team are the most helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious people I have had the pleasure to meet. After the engine on my Ford Kuga died on me whilst on holiday in the Lake District, myself and my family were left in a very unpleasant predicament. Out of over a dozen attempts to get the car attended to with no luck, Peter agreed to take on the repair at very short notice, even though he was fully booked with other work. It turned out to be a particularly complicated double electrical fault that took a lot of diagnosing... a sensor had shorted after the protective sheath had been worn through due to constant rubbing on a bracket which caused one fault, and then causing the sensor to fail showing a second fault. Without Peter’s knowledge I believe that we would have been in the unenviable position of having to hire a car to get us home from holiday, and then another to return to pick it up. Peter sorted it for us in half a day! All this was done at a very reasonable price, using genuine Ford parts (he saved the damaged sensor and replacement packaging to show me for my reassurance).
